Jill Guth, Chair

Jill Guth is owner of Guth & Associates, a boutique real estate firm focusing on commercial real estate in Central Illinois. She has over 28 years of leadership and management experience in the economic development and real estate arena.

Prior to forming Guth & Associates, Jill served as the Director of Commercial Leasing and Marketing for JSM Management. She successfully negotiated leases with local, regional and national retailers. Prior to her role at JSM, Jill served as the President/CEO of Campustown 2000 where she implemented programs to redevelop and revitalize the greater Campustown area, serving the University of Illinois. After Campustown 2000, Jill served as Executive Director of the Champaign county Economic Development Corporation where she led efforts to increase economic development activities on a county-wide basis.

Jill has served on several boards and committees throughout the community. She founded the Champaign Center Partnership which works to promote Champaign's Center City. Additionally, she is a long term member of the board of directors of the Champaign County Economic Development Corporation. Jill has been actively involved in the Coaches vs Cancer campaign for the past ten years, is a member of the Executive Club of Champaign County and recently participated in Leadership Illinois as a member of the Class of 2015.

Jill is married to Mike Guth, General Manager of Supervalu and they have two sons, Nicholas and Adam.
